The majority of jobs are quoted with a detailed scope of works and agreed prior to commencement of work. By quoting jobs up front you know exactly what is expected regarding inclusions and payment terms. Smaller jobs are generally undertaken on an hourly rate plus material costs.

Unfortunately, we come across too much work completed by unlicensed and unskilled contractors. We recommend all prospective clients undertake a company search on ASIC or QBCC websites for current licence details and company information.

Reliability is important. If we say we will be somewhere at a certain time then that is where we will be. Trustworthiness is also important, if we say we are going to do something then that is what we do. Allclass Quality Constructions carries public liability insurance. Relevant manufacturer's warranties apply to all products used and we personally guarantee the quality of all labour. All major projects are completed under QBCC or HIA contracts and home owners warranty insurance is included.
