Home renovations and fixes don’t always go to plan, but we
always try to find the best solution for our clients. Our Carrara Balcony
update began with our client thinking that there were only a couple of damaged
areas that would require fixing. On commencement of removing the previous tiles
and linings we soon realised that the floor needed to be totally replaced and strengthened.
To help ease the stress of this on our clients, a waterproof membrane that is
trafficable and UV stable was laid, helping our client to continue to use the space
but retile at a later date!
Many thanks go out to our ‘ring in’ labourer for the day who
went out of their way to help with the soffit sheeting whilst our right hand
man was away. We expect the best for our clients and were grateful that this was
delivered.
